You can return any of your Sterling Silver or 18ct Vermeil Seol + Gold jewellery to us and we will re-plate it for free.*
Get in touch with us at customercare@seolgold.com with your order number to get started. Or drop your pieces off at one of our stores and our teams there can send your items back to be re-plated. They will then contact you when they are ready to be collected again :)
*Available to UK customers only. Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks for your jewellery to return. Up to 8 weeks in busy periods.
